The Rapid team worked well with Nobles Construction to deliver this residential scheme which consists of two buildings; one of 8-storeys in height comprising 362 apartments and 593m2 of commercial floorspace together with communal facilities; and a 9-storey building for car parking including substations; together with associated external works.
Demonstrating our competence in executing a large scale project we made huge success of implementing this design, supply, and install.
The site is located at a busy junction adjacent Warrington train station, construction methodology and site logistics have been meticulously considered.
Excellent progress has been made throughout the pandemic which hindered the programme, and through a high level of communication and commercial agreements we all pulled through the pandemic to deliver all floors decked and concreted so follow on trades could get on with there scope behind us.
